Why Parents Trust AquaLeader:
Crystal-clear DrINKABLE water

not safe for a young child

complete water turnover every
30 minutes. Even if a child swallows some pool water, it won’t cause any harm.
Ideal temperature.
The water temperature is consistently maintained at
32-33°C, comfortable for
infants. The room temperature is kept at 28°C.
Perfect hygiene
All equipment and toys are disinfected every day.
Perfect Climate-Controlled Environment

Why Swimming Is the ONLY Form of Physical Activity for Small kids?
The Power of Early Movement
- Random running or jumping isn’t enough. Research shows structured activity in early years improves focus and self-regulation.
- Toddlers’ bodies are too delicate for traditional sports. In water, joints are protected while muscles strengthen — proven to be both safe and effective.
- Without early structured activity, children miss the body memory that movement is a daily need. The American Academy of Pediatrics notes that active kids are more likely to stay healthy for life.
Swimming as Preventive Health
- In early childhood, the immune system is still developing. Studies show that regular swimming activates immune cells and strengthens children’s natural defenses.
- Clean, private pools with low traffic reduce exposure to germs. Research confirms that children who swim regularly suffer fewer colds and respiratory infections.
- Early swimming trains healthy breathing patterns and builds whole-body strength. Griffith University found young swimmers had greater lung capacity, motor skills, and cognitive development than non-swimmers.
Calm, Concentrate, Grow
- For kids with ADHD or autism, structured lessons improve focus and self-regulation, increases attention span. The rhythmic nature of swimming calms the nervous system, while following the coach builds discipline and concentration.
- Studies in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders show swimming enhances social interaction and attention in children with ASD. Therapy programs also report benefits for ADHD, including reduced hyperactivity and better sustained focus.
- Beyond health, swimming shapes character: under a coach’s guidance, children gain confidence, resilience, and early leadership skills.

FAQ
How long is each session?
A 30-minute class aligns with the natural attention span, motor limits, and sensory thresholds of infants and toddlers without overstimulation or fatigue.
What if my child doesn’t connect with the coach?
Our gentle adaptation method and 1+1+1 format help every coach find the right approach to each child. We don’t force — we engage through play. The first session is designed for connection and comfort. And at our centers, you're always welcome to choose the coach that suits your family best.
Is it really safe? Is the water clean enough for a newborn?
Absolutely. We use 5-step water purification system and test the water quality every 4 hours. It’s so pure, it’s safe even for the most delicate, irritation-prone newborn skin. If a child accidentlly swallows some water, it won’t cause any harm.
How can I be sure my child will actually learn to swim, not just play around?
Our “1 child – 1 coach – 1 pool” format is your strongest guarantee. Unlike group sessions, the full 30 minutes are dedicated solely to your child’s goals and progress — with no distractions. It’s the fastest and most effective path to real swimming skills.
My child has special health needs. Are your coaches qualified for that?
Yes. Coaches working in our Gentle Support program undergo specialized training and are qualified to work with children with musculoskeletal challenges and other developmental needs. We work closely with families and always ask for doctor’s recommendations when needed.
Can parents be present during the session?
Yes, you’re welcome to observe the lesson from our cozy parent lounge right by the pool or to chee. However, parents don’t enter the water — this is part of our hygiene standard that keeps the water perfectly clean and safe for our littlest swimmers.
My child had a bad experience before and is afraid of water.
That’s completely normal — and something we work with every day. Our coaches are trained in gentle adaptation: we never rush or force. We rebuild trust through play, body comfort, and emotional connection. Your child sets the pace. Sometimes it takes 1–2 sessions — and that’s absolutely okay.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes! Our 10% referral program runs year-round: if your referral purchases a package, you receive 10% off your next one. We also accept the Fazaa discount card, widely used in Dubai.
How can I keep track of my child’s progress?
If a parent asks how they can keep track of their child’s progress: Each swimmer has a personal progress logbook, where our coaches regularly record the key skills your child is developing. It helps you clearly see what your child has already achieved and what they’re currently working on — so you can follow their swimming journey step by step.
What do we need to bring to the pool?
All you need to bring is an aqua diaper (for children under 3), a swimsuit or swim trunks, and a pair of indoor shoes for your child. Everything else is ready for you at the pool. We provide towels, hygiene products, napkins, cotton buds, and gentle baby shampoo free of charge. Swimming caps and goggles are available for purchase on-site if needed. Aqua diapers for children under 3 can also be purchased at the pool for 8 AED each. We’ve taken care of the rest, so you can simply relax and enjoy the class.
